The Marcel offers a European breakfast buffet daily on the 10th floor guest lounge from 7:00am to 10:30am. The full service restaurant on the hotel's premises is INOTECA. It is open seven days a week serving lunch and dinner and featuring classic Northern Italian cuisine with a modern flare and an extensive wine selection. POLAR is an arctic-inspired subterranean lounge beneath Hotel Marcel at Gramercy. A former storage space it was transformed to an ice-bar (minus the frigid temperature). Eighties and rock music complete the motif with cold, classic backbeats.
